bh99 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of bh99 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bh99 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any user found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

3. Account Rules

Upon successful registration, bh99 grants the user a personal, non-transferable right to access the platform's services. The following rules govern account usage:

• Account credentials — including username and password — are the sole responsibility of the account holder. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• bh99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify bh99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and current. Updates can be made in the Account Settings section or by contacting support.
• bh99 may require users to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. This may include submission of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of address.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee at bh99's discretion, applied to any remaining balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bh99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency wallets.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for most supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are typically credited to a user's bh99 account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Processing delays caused by the user's payment provider are outside bh99's control.

• Winnings from sports betting are subject to settlement rules published in the platform's sports betting terms, including provisions for event postponement, abandonment, or result reversal.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bh99 staff, support agents, or other users in any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

bh99 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides every registered user with access to a suite of tools designed to support healthy gaming habits. The platform strongly encourages users to make use of these tools proactively.

• bh99 is not responsible for internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions that prevent access to the platform or result in a bet or game session being interrupted.
• The maximum aggregate liability of bh99 to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

bh99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification procedures within the requested timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon account termination for cause, bh99 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the user without breach of terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of outstanding verification requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the bh99 platform following the posting of any amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Users who do not accept the revised terms should cease using the platform and may close their account in accordance with the termination provisions set out in Section 12.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bh99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints process outlined in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights that may apply to users under the mandatory laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
